New Release: Camilla And The Tingaloos & Twin Dive

Last month we introduced the Danish-based, Lithuania-born ‘#onegirlband‘, Camilla And The Tingaloos, (aka Kamille Grazyte ) as our Special Feature of the month. Whilst BandLab members have had the benefit of accessing this track pre-release since June, we’re back to share her release to media streaming platforms; The Universe Is Ours (If You’ll Allow Us) is an immersive electro-dream-pop delight laced with droning ambiance, driving percussion, a blanket of ethereal vocals, and heaps of floaty reverb. Really makes for a soft landing after a long day so be sure to get this one added to your collection!

… whilst Kamille’s solo work is largely electronic, alternative/ indie-pop, she lists the likes of Nirvana and Queens Of The Stone Age amongst her influences. It may come as a surprise to those not familiar with her extracurricular activities that she is the bassist for the Danish grunge trio, Twin Dive. Their latest single, YGI (You Got IT) was released earlier this month along with an accompanying music video. Really exciting band and definitely worth checking them out.
